How it works:

Any time a member is reported, we will be notified. If a member is reported multiple times by different users, they will be suspended.

If a member is suspended more than 3 times, yet still continues to be reported, they will be reviewed for a more permanent ban time frame ranging from several weeks to permanent. Their ban time will be based on what they are being reported for and the severity.

This may also lead to being disqualified from any challenge(s) they are participating in and forfeiting their points.

Any members found to be excessively soliciting/spamming products, pressuring others to purchase products, or continually requesting users to send points/tips to them will result in a warning. Spam requesting any form of payment and receiving reports will result in a warning. While this subsite does promote business motivation and advertising, it should be limited to once per day and priority to premium members only.

Premium members are allowed to advertise as well as request points/tips on their profile or in their blogs but are not allowed to excessively message other members or spam ads in a demanding way. Free users as well as premium members can be reported for this and will be sent a warning if 3+ reports are received.

When you first sign up with our website, you’ll be asked to create a username, your name to confirm your identity, and the best email to reach you. This email will be your account email. Keep your email secret as it is your login. You can change this information on the “edit profile” page along with your password. We do not recommend you change your username unless absolutely necessary. Your username is the name that all of your friends and other members will use to interact with you. They will use your username to message you, mention you, or even send you points. We recommend you pick a username that will be long-term. Any time you change your username, you will be unable to receive any messages, points, or notifications sent to your previous username. Example: Your username was JaneDoe previously and you change your name to JaneDoe2. Mentions, gifts etc, from friends to the JaneDoe username will not go through or you will not receive them. If you absolutely MUST change your username, make sure to let all of your friends know of the change!

In order to receive any payouts from your points from our site, you must verify your identity/account. This is to protect your points from being fraudulently paid out to the wrong person. If you can’t verify the account email we have on file, you’ll will need to submit some form of ID, but cover the ID number.

If you do not have a current official driver’s license or identification card, you can use an alternate form of ID such as student/college ID, passport, etc. If you have none of these, you may need to provide 2 forms of secondary documents such as utility bills, government mail, etc. You can change your email address and account info in your profile after verification.

How do I add an image to my forum post? 

You can add an image by obtaining the image url. You can find the image url by clicking the share image link in google images or uploading your image to an image sharing website like imgur.

You can also go to photos.google.com and open any image that you wish to embed in your website. Tap the Share Icon and then click the Get Link button to generate a shareable link of that image.

Select the forum you’d like to post in and click “Add topic”

To add the image to your post, you can paste your image url directly in the post box and it should auto-embed! 

If your embedded image is too small or too big, you can click the source code button in the post (see image above). You can edit your image url size by pasting the image URL in this code:

you can change the width number and height number and preview it until you are satisfied with the size. 

You can also add emojis, change the font color and attach images to your post. You can subscribe to the post so that any time someone responds, you’ll get an email! Once done, click “Add topic”, the post will publish and you’re done!

All premium members can create up to 5 groups. You can have 2 administrators and unlimited mods for each group

You can mark it as public for all members or private.

Note: Groups flagged, inactive 6+ months, or found to be spamming malicious activity may be deleted.

Motivator coaches can create a group and invite others to join as well.

View the different options for managing your group below:

• Details: You can add a group description here as well as add any other info you’d like, such as rules or advice.

• Settings: You can change your group’s privacy options here. Choose from:

  • Public: Any site member can join and find your group

  • Private: Only users who request and are approved can join the group. The group can be found in search but all content and activity are only visible to group members.

  • Hidden: Only invited users can join the group. Group can NOT be found in the group search and content is only visible to group members.

    • You can also choose which members of the group are allowed to invite others. You can choose strictly yourself (group owner) Or allow moderators/other members.

• Photo/cover image: Add your group photo and cover image here. Make sure to resize your image so it fits and won’t be blurry!

• Members: You can view all members here. You have the option to ban a member or can promote them to a moderator as well.

• Media: Control who can post photo albums in the group here..

• Email options: You can set email notification options for yourself and your group. Group members can set this to their preference as well.

All users that have joined out community will earn rank points for interacting and motivating others on the site. Every comment and post will earn you rank points! You can also send and receive tips as thanks from other users in the community. 

Save up rank points to exchange them for bonus premium membership days points over time! 

Tips wallet:

Tips are an optional points value premium members can earn or purchase and gift others in the business community. Premium members will receive 4 tip points and 20 rank points for every month they are a member and gift others they find motivating or inspiring! If you are a premium member, you can cash out any tips you receive in your wallet via Paypal (small online transaction fee 3%) or in full for a gift card with our partner Runa© Tips do not expire!

Earn even more with participation rank points!  Rank points don’t expire and can also earn free premium membership bonus days! Earn rank points just by interacting with the site, logging in, completing streaks, commenting on blogs, and more!

Redeeming points or tips:

Once earned, you can send rank points or tips to friends at any time! Or, you can choose additional rewards below:

Send to friends: Inspire other business owners by gifting your points to them! Help them grow with any extra tips or points you have. You can gift your rank points or tip points! Like their content? Did they inspire you or comment on your posts? Send points or tips to them as thanks and help push them towards their goals!

Paypal or Gift card redemption: If you are a premium member and don’t want to motivate friends by sending points to them, you can redeem them for other rewards to reward yourself! You can redeem your tips points via gift cards or PayPal with a small online transaction fee 3%.  Why a transfer rate? Our site is community based and we want to spread motivation to others with generosity. So, there is no rate for sending points to friends! When redeeming points, we do charge a transfer rate to cover site maintenance costs, and online transactional rates.

You earn 1000 rank points, you may redeem a premium 4 day membership. Or, you can continue gifting others.
