Week what?

Could be better, but I believe slow and steady is really important with weight loss as well. I am the most impatient person I know, so it’s very frustrating to see half a pound, 1 pound, 2 lbs each week. Or, a maintenance! It drives me crazy! But any weight loss is good weight loss. I keep reminding myself of this.

I’ve also been into eating fruits. They really hit the spot when a sweet craving hits. Grapes, apples, strawberries, oranges, watermelon, whatever I can get my hands on!

It decided to up and rain 4 days straight last week. I managed to get one good outdoor workout in on Monday, but otherwise I worked out at home. Finally got to test out my watch!

I set my step goal for 8000. I’ll probably up it to 10k soon because I noticed I’m getting a bit stronger bit by bit. We’ll see. But, I’m going to make this short today. Hopefully I’ll commit to blogging on my weigh in days (friday). I hope to have a better loss this week. My time of the month started right on Saturday morning so I’m wondering if that had to do with the around 1 lb loss this time.
