Hi, I'm Martha. I live in So CAl and am new here. Seems like this site is kind of new too. If anyone wants to friend me, please do. I need motivation and looking for support. I am in my early 40s and, unfortunately, at the severe obese BMI. I'll stick around and try to work on healthy habits. If anyone has advice, please pm me, friend me, etc. Looking for new friends to learn healthy habits from, thanks!
