Hi, I'm Martha. I live in So CAl and am new here. Seems like this site is kind of new too. If anyone wants to friend me, please do. I need motivation and looking for support. I am in my early 40s and, unfortunately, at the severe obese BMI. I'll stick around and try to work on healthy habits.
