Short check in post today. I barely lost a pound this week. 0.6 only. However, bit by bit it all adds up over time so I am ok with that. I do want to keep trying to step things up so I don’t end up gaining weight though. Maintenance is very important for me this time so I’m trying to figure out the best habits I can keep over time to keep my weight from skyrocketing back upward….(as it’s done the last few times I lost weight).
Decided to reg-organize my goal list as well:

Like I said, just a quick check in. Easter there was a bit of celebrating and chocolate around so the scale didn’t drop as I wanted it too. I’m focusing on the new week now and hoping for a 2- 3 lb loss! We’ll see!
