Just wanted to share a small win. Today was the first day I didn’t cave and binge in a while. I know every day will be tough, but it felt so good to conquer today! I stayed in calories and am planning to work out soon. On a side note, the hunger pangs are ROUGH! I know it will get easier, but cravings are at a high now. The crazy thing is, I know a lot of it is emotional hunger and not a real hunger…

After being sick with a mega flu, I noticed my body just kind of shut off my appetite. Like it was that easy, the flip of a switch. It’s crazy! I had no cravings whatsoever. Most of my “hunger” is just emotional, boredom, just wanting to taste something. When I’m actually hungry, my stomach will almost feel like it’s burning and almost any food sounds good. Even including vegetables, I don’t even like!
Well, just a quick share. I am chugging along. Going to weigh in soon and just got to get it over with and move on. By the way, I worked out yesterday. I actually jogged this time! After being sick I could only walk for a while. Hope to keep improving!
